Concept & Objective
The Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts is a community arts center in Beverly Hills, California. Uni Construction provided essential preconstruction and construction services to support a smooth transition from design into construction for this cultural landmark.
Inspiration
We supported the project through value engineering and cost estimating, constructability review and scheduling, permitting and regulatory support, bid package development, and full project management. We also led MEP BIM coordination across two buildings, running weekly clash detection and directing resolution with the project team.
