Concept & Objective
This project transformed a former salon building in Beverly Hills, CA into Nerano Restaurant—a 4,000 SF Class-A restaurant. Uni Construction served as the Owner’s Representative and managed the project from planning approval and Building & Safety approval through preconstruction and construction, coordinating design professionals, contractors, and consultants to deliver a successful restaurant conversion.
Inspiration
We managed the full development workflow—acquisition support, design coordination, engineering, consultant management, and alignment with the end-user’s operational needs (including kitchen equipment coordination). After completing design and a comprehensive RFP process, we supported contractor selection, contract negotiation, and delivery through turnover.
Project Detail
Completed 2023. Cost: $8M (development) | ARV: $16M+. Uni Construction represented the owner and tenant and managed entitlement/permitting, consultant team setup, RFP/contractor selection, and construction delivery to convert an unpermitted salon building into a Class-A restaurant.
